1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day

3. Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 working days
• Other Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan
• Please ensure:
  • You are available at the time of delivery
  • Your contact number is active

6. Order Confirmation

After placing your order:

• You may receive a confirmation call or message
• Orders not confirmed may be canceled for security reasons

7. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID
• You can track your parcel through the courier service

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
• If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us
• Re-delivery may require advance payment

9. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays or strikes

10. Damaged Parcel on Delivery

If your parcel looks damaged:

• Do not accept it (if visibly broken)
• Or record a video while opening
• Contact us immediately
